These terms cover this website. The house rules for the bar itself are below them, and those are the ones worth reading before you drive out.
House rules at The Pond
These are the bar’s rules, and they are not negotiable at the door:
- Twenty-one and over. Every night, no exceptions. Bring ID.
- Non-smoking inside; smoking is permitted on the patio.
- Indoor seating and an outdoor patio. Seating is first come, first served — there is no reservation system.
- Plenty of parking, and no cover charge except on occasion.
- Open until 3:00 AM, seven nights a week — last call is 2:30 AM. Doors are 5:00 PM Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM Friday, and 11:00 AM Saturday and Sunday during football season.
What is on this website
The menu items and prices on this site are the ones The Pond publishes, reproduced as published. Prices and availability can change, and the kitchen can run out of something; what you are charged at the bar is what is correct.
Live music and karaoke nights are shown on The Pond’s own calendar, embedded on this site; it updates directly from the bar. A few details — like which games are shown on game day, or what’s behind the bar on a given night — aren’t published anywhere, and this site says so rather than guessing.
Using this site
You may read this site, link to it, and print or save pages of it for your own use. The photographs are of The Pond and its regulars and are not licensed for reuse elsewhere. The text and design are The Pond’s.
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of error — if you spot something wrong, the fastest fix is to call the bar and tell them.
Links to other sites
This site links out to Google Maps for directions, and to The Pond’s Facebook and Instagram pages. Those are other companies’ services, run under their own terms and their own privacy policies, and we do not control what they show you.
Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pond is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your visit to the bar.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. They may be updated from time to time; the version posted here is the current one.
