The Pond is Franklin's late-night neighborhood dive bar at 595 Hillsboro Road in Independence Square — 21 and over, non-smoking inside, and built for game days. The TVs stay on the games that matter around here: SEC football, the Titans, the Preds, and the Braves. Nobody's going to shush you when the room erupts.
Saturdays and Sundays: Open at 11 AM
During football season the doors open at 11 AM on Saturdays and Sundays, so you can post up for the whole slate. College Football Saturday rolls straight into Pro Football Sunday without you moving your seat. Graham hosts football weekends — Football Happy Hour on Saturdays, Football with Graham on Sundays, every week of the season.
Big Screens, Cold Beer, Zero Pretension
This isn't a themed sports restaurant with a script. It's a real dive bar: 13 beers on tap poured at 40 degrees, a ceiling covered in 1,385+ tap handles with no duplicates, and walls full of framed jerseys and sports memorabilia collected over twenty years. Mondays and Thursdays it's karaoke with Graham from 7 to midnight. Thursdays also mean pickers on the patio at 5:30 and Ladies Nite with 2-for-1 wine after 7.
